Delete your account

You can delete your 3a Tari2ak account yourself from inside the app, or ask us to delete it for you by email. Both routes do the same thing.
From inside the app
- Open 3a Tari2ak and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Scroll to Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately. You are signed out and cannot sign in again with that account.
By email
If you can no longer sign in, email hadichamli01@gmail.com from the university email address on the account, with the subject Account deletion request. We will confirm the account and delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in credentials — the account can no longer be used.
- Your profile photo.
- Your student ID photo.
- Your saved favourite shops.
- Your notification token, so no further notifications are sent.
- Your courier availability, so you stop being offered deliveries.
What is kept, and why
Your past orders and reports are not erased, and your name, university, university email address and student ID number stay attached to them.
Every order and every report in 3a Tari2ak involves two students. If one side could erase themselves from a shared record, the other student would be left with a delivery or a dispute involving nobody — including in the case of someone deleting an account specifically to escape an open report. Keeping the identifying details on those records is what makes the reports system mean anything.
These records are visible only to administrators. They are not shown to other students, and your account is marked as deleted so it can never be matched, messaged, or signed into again.
